Supporting with Access to Benefits workshop
This live interactive workshop will allow you to practice the skills required to engage in benefits conversations with the community members you support.
This free 90-minute interactive workshop is designed to provide frontline practitioners with foundational knowledge and skills to support Canadians who are living on a low income to access benefits. Participants will learn the importance of access to benefits, review key skills for benefits conversations, and practice using the Benefits wayfinder tool in a simulated benefits conversation.

Prerequisites
None. Prosper Canada’s Foundations to Access to Benefits free online course is recommended, but not required.
Delivery
This live workshop will be delivered virtually using the video conferencing platform, Webex. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes an invitation with a link to access the event.
